Information we collect

• Contact and business details: your name, email address, phone number when provided, company name, and answers or messages you submit about your business and call handling.
• Scorecard information: your answers, calculated results, optional business estimates, saved report identifiers, and email preferences when you request an emailed report.
• Mini audit and office walkthrough: shop size, software, your answers and a versioned action plan when you ask us to save or email it. We carry the answers you provide into an audit request. Browser progress stays on your device; saved links can be opened by anyone you share them with.
• Scheduling information: details provided when arranging an audit through our scheduling provider.
• Website and advertising activity: pages visited, referring links and campaign information, interactions such as form submissions or booking actions, and browser, device, network, and cookie information processed by our website and advertising providers.

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta provides PipeCore with the fields and answers you submit. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry, understand your business needs, and discuss the Company Audit and next steps.
• Arrange scheduling and provide requested services, scorecard results, reports, and related communications.
• Send optional operations tips and PipeCore offers when you choose to receive them.
• Operate and improve the website, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and measure advertising performance.

The Company Audit costs $299. Submitting an inquiry or lead form does not book or purchase an audit. Booking and any payment are separate steps. Requesting an audit does not automatically subscribe you to an optional marketing email list.

Service providers and sharing

Information is processed by PipeCore and the providers used to operate the website, store submissions, deliver emails, arrange appointments, and measure advertising. Our website uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting, Supabase for submission storage and processing, Resend for requested report delivery, HighLevel (LeadConnector) for contact records, follow-up communications and scheduling, Stripe for payments, and Meta for advertising and measurement. Calendly remains in use while existing scheduling is migrated.

When you request a saved report, your contact details, audit answers, result link and communication preferences are stored in our contact system. With optional measurement enabled, campaign and advertising identifiers are included to connect an inquiry to its source. When you proceed to scheduling, your name and email may be passed to our scheduling provider to prefill the booking form. HighLevel and Stripe record appointment and payment status so we can deliver the service and avoid sending booking offers after you purchase. Payment information entered into a provider’s checkout is handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse.

Cookies and Meta Pixel

The website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions such as inquiries and bookings, and to help assess advertising performance. Meta may receive browser and device information, page URLs, cookie identifiers, and interaction information, and may associate that activity with information it already holds.

You can manage cookies through your browser and review advertising choices in your Meta account. Blocking cookies or tracking scripts may affect measurement or some embedded features. Use Cookie choices on this website to allow or decline optional measurement. Declining does not affect booking. Withdrawing consent refreshes the page to stop loaded measurement scripts.

Website activity and session recordings

With your permission, first-party measurement links page views, public page sections, scroll progress and booking steps using a random visit identifier. It helps us identify where the booking process stops. These activity events do not contain the contact details you enter into forms or payment card information.

When configured, Microsoft Clarity provides masked session recordings and heatmaps of the landing page. Clarity does not record inside third-party scheduling or payment frames. Retention and security

Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including handling inquiries, delivering services, maintaining business records, and meeting legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or service-related reasons.

No online service or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive customer or employee records through an inquiry or advertising lead form.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails when available, or contact us directly. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.

A saved scorecard, mini audit or office result can be viewed by someone with its report link. Share that link only with people you want to see the result.

Scope and changes

This website and our lead forms are intended for business owners and representatives. If you later engage PipeCore for an audit or implementation involving company records, recordings, or connected systems, the applicable service arrangements will describe that work. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest update.
